The housing rental market in the capital area is quite competitive. Studio apartments (a type of apartment without room dividers) or one-bedroom apartments in particular are very popular. In addition to rent, every month you need to pay expenses such as: 15-25 EUR for water, 15-30 EUR for internet; and 30-200 EUR for your monthly Electricity Bill. These costs may vary depending on the agreement with the landlord (included in the rental fee or not) and depending on the size of the apartment you rent.
